Yoga Club at CRES

The Yoga Club will introduce students to the basic poses and sequences in yoga while incorporating mindfulness, stress relief techniques, and focus. In this club, students will have an opportunity to gain the many benefits of yoga including strength and flexibility, as well as improving mental and physical health. Yoga promotes total body strength and endurance by using your own body weight as resistance. Students will be able to improve their posture, balance, and coordination while strengthening the mind-body connection to promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
