As the school counselor for Conover Road Elementary School, I will

* Provide individual and group school counseling

* Organize School Wide activities to support CharacterEducation and Social Emotional Learning

* Communicate with parents to create a collaborative partnerships to work together as a team for student success

* Work collaboratively with your child's teacher(s) and help in the development of educational strategies through the I & RS Committee*

*Work with students to develop problem solving techniques and coping skills

* Encourage students to respect cultural and individual differences

* Encourage all students to STAND UP for themselves and for others and CHOOSE to make a difference!
